Perception of "Rīgas satiksme" among Riga residents improves

81% of Riga residents who participated in an opinion poll held by "Rīgas satiksme" have a very good or good perception of the company, which is by 7% higher than in 2011.

Evaluation of the e-ticket by Riga residents has also improved – it is perceived as convenient or very convenient by 88% of respondents, which is 7% more than two years ago.

When evaluating various aspects of public transport, most of respondents are satisfied with the availability of information about public transport traffic (93%), and 82% are satisfied with the public transport network and planning. 78% are satisfied with the offers of tickets and as many with the possibilities of buying the e-ticket.    

Every two years Rīgas satiksme carries out a public opinion poll to get to know customers’ wishes and measure the level of their satisfaction, as well as to improve the quality of service. This year the survey was held in March and April by SKDS, a public opinion and market survey centre.
